2 TBS olive oil
1/4 ruby red grapefruit, juiced
1/2 medium lime, juiced
1/2 small navel orange, juiced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp honey (Sub: agave nectar)
2 tsp white wine vinegar (Sub: rice vinegar)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp orange zest
2 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all of your ingredients. Whisk together.
Toss this sauce in a pasta, in salad, or reduce over heat and serve over fish or chicken.
