Cosmopolitan Plated offers creative group cooking and food experiences that focus on world cuisines with an urban stance. We are based in the Metro Washington, D.C. area, and we travel throughout the U.S.
Interactive cooking experiences (classes) are our vehicle to create a sense of community. Our classes enable an opportunity to build connectivity and accomplishment for everyone to share together. Participants can expect to be hands-on, challenged to try new things, and learn from each other as they prepare and serve a delicious meal, from beginning to end.
Our participants are the designers and the leaders in our unique cooking experiences. We have a variety of class themes, menu selections, and activities. We hope you join in on the fun! Cosmopolitan Plated group cooking classes create engaging experiences while building an entire meal from scratch to 100. Whether you want to learn some tips on how to host at home, or want to create a fun experience to be shared with your friends and families, we can work with you to develop a theme and menu at your home or one of our central locations. Community Partnerships and Outreach
At Cosmopolitan Plated, we believe in community connection through sharing food experiences. This is why we partner with a number of organizations to provide outreach cooking program series, apprentice programs, volunteer service, and affordable cooking classes. Some of our partnerships have included, Hill Center DC, Wounded Warriors Project, and Thrive DC.
